Role Overview
Site Civil Engineer at Rawafid, based on-site at project locations.

Role Purpose
To apply civil engineering expertise in planning, designing, and overseeing construction project execution from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, sustainability practices, and project specifications while collaborating with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Analysis
- Design and analyze civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and building regulations.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and technical reports for construction projects.
Site Assessment & Compliance
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate project feasibility and compliance with design specifications.
- Keep abreast of changes in regulations and technical advancements in civil engineering.
Collaboration & Planning
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to develop project plans and timelines.
Project Execution & Management
- Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure that construction adheres to scheduled timelines.
- Address any construction-related issues or disputes that arise during project execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Certification.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in construction projects.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Aconex, SharePoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory and safety standards in construction.
