Signaling Engineer at Hitachi Rail Solutions for Railways LLC, based in Jeddah and Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Full-time, on-site position.

Role Purpose
The Signaling Engineer ensures the reliability, availability, and safety of railway signaling systems through effective maintenance strategies, fault analysis, and technical leadership, optimizing system performance in an operational railway environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Performance
- Monitor and maintain signaling system performance.
- Perform and review maintenance procedures, checklists, and schedules.
- Perform and supervise field maintenance activities.
- Analyze system logs to identify faults.
Incident & Fault Management
- Conduct L1 and L2 investigation of signaling failures and perform root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with traffic controller and maintenance teams during incidents and service disruptions.
- Support emergency response and restoration activities, including shift and on-call support if required.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, maintenance procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Improvement & Reporting
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose technical solutions, including modifications and upgrades.
- Prepare technical reports, failure analysis reports, and performance dashboards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Railway Engineering (Railway Engineering preferred).
- Saudi National (required).
