Role Purpose

To serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom or contacting the dealership, ensuring a welcoming environment and seamless customer experience while managing front office operations and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Engagement

• Provide information about products or services when needed.
• Ensure guests feel welcome and attended to.
• Coordinate the front office desk and handle customer queries from walk-in and telephone contacts.

Operations & Administration

• Handle administrative tasks such as filing and data entry through CRM.
• Maintain front desk and reception area cleanliness and presentation.

Team Coordination

• Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience.
