Role Purpose

Maintain electrical systems, diagnose and resolve faults, and ensure safe, compliant operation of all electrical installations across the hotel properties while supporting the maintenance team and responding to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Inspections

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in equipment and installations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Stay updated with industry practices, tools, and safety guidelines.

Repair & Installation

• Perform repair works on wiring, panels, and electrical components.
• Install and upgrade electrical systems as per safety and operational standards.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and standards.
• Follow strict safety procedures while performing electrical tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of safety standards and best practices within the hospitality industry.

Operations & Coordination

• Respond to electrical emergencies such as power failures and system breakdowns.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and engineers for effective execution of work.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience as Maintenance Electrician in a hotel or resort.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Strong communication skills and proactive work attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
