Role Purpose

To implement, coordinate, supervise, and maintain the Horizon Geosciences Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with all relevant management system standards and driving continual improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Management System Implementation & Maintenance

• Establish, implement, and maintain the organization's Management System comprising ISO 9001:2015, ISO TS 29001, ISO 17025:2017, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
• Supervise the maintenance and updates of IMS documentation within the server.
• Coordinate with Lead SHE-Q System Controller & Auditor for maintenance of IMS documents and records.

Reporting & Communication

• Report on the functioning of the IMS in management review meetings.
• Report on IMS systems to the Head of SHE-Q & Lead SHE-Q System Controller & Auditor.
• Maintain and update group safety statistics and project daily reports to compile Contribution reports.
• Notify employees about the publication or revision of ISO standards and related matters.

Compliance & Improvement

• Ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations and climate change requirements.
• Review corrective and preventive actions for effectiveness and maintain records.
• Initiate and monitor continual improvement.
• Provide active participation in adherence to and improvement of the Company's IMS.

Coordination & Support

• Assist and coordinate with Head of SHE-Q for matters pertaining to IMS.

Qualifications & Experience

• Successful completion of internal auditors training in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the same role.
• Thorough knowledge of ISO standards.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
