Shared Services Manager at Waad Education in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role supports the effective delivery and management of shared services across three educational institutions: Dar Al Dhikr, Waad Academy, and Bloom Schools.

Role Purpose
The Shared Services Manager drives operational excellence, improves service efficiency, and ensures seamless support across all shared services functions, playing a key role in standardizing and optimizing operations across multiple school units.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Optimization
- Develop and implement shared services strategies to enhance efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Lead process optimization initiatives and implement best practices across all shared services functions.
Operations & Service Delivery
- Oversee day-to-day operations across HR, procurement, IT, marketing, accounting, and administration.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and quality standards in service delivery.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to maximize value and performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with leadership and school units to understand needs and deliver seamless support services.
Team Leadership
- Lead, manage, and develop the shared services team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in managing shared services or operations in the education sector or related industries.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
- Strong knowledge of HR, finance, procurement, and IT service management.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
