Role Overview

Setter/in im Vertrieb (Sales Development Representative), full-time position at NWM Consulting FMR LLC, based in Dubai.

Role Purpose

To support the sales team through structured preparation, careful scheduling, and systematic customer outreach, enabling strategy consultants to focus on high-value client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Outreach

• Contact potential customers by telephone using a structured conversation guide.

Scheduling & Coordination

• Coordinate and plan appointments in a structured manner.
• Organize appointment scheduling with care and precision.

Preparation & Documentation

• Prepare and follow up on conversations using checklists.
• Document information and prepare materials to support strategy consultants in daily operations.
• Maintain information in the system with diligence and accuracy.

Stakeholder Support

• Support strategy consultants in day-to-day work, including documentation and preparation tasks.
• Occasionally accompany staff to events with defined task areas.

Qualifications & Experience

• Sales experience is not required; entry is possible without prior sales background.

• Strong organizational and structural thinking.
• Ability to work methodically and efficiently through tasks step by step.
• Willingness to take on responsibility within clearly defined frameworks.
