Role Overview
Service Technician at Ali & Sons Holding LLC. This role is based at a vehicle showroom and focuses on new car sales.
Role Purpose
To promote and sell new vehicle models while delivering an exceptional showroom experience, achieving assigned sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the vehicle purchase and delivery process.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
- Welcome customers professionally and understand their vehicle requirements and preferences.
- Present and promote new vehicle models based on customer needs.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, performance, benefits, and available options clearly to customers.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Sales Operations
- Achieve assigned vehicle sales targets and contribute to overall showroom sales performance.
- Prepare and communicate accurate vehicle prices, discounts, financing requirements, and payment options.
- Recommend suitable accessories and optional equipment based on customer requirements.
- Experience preparing quotations, calculating discounts, and explaining financing options.
- Advise customers on the current and upcoming availability of new vehicle models.
Customer Relations & Follow-up
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication to convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on sales opportunities.
Service & Coordination
- Explain Ali & Sons services available at the point of sale, including vehicle registration, insurance, and aftersales services.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New Car Storekeeper to ensure vehicles are delivered to customers on time.
- Coordinate with the Customer Relations Representative (Sales) regarding vehicle registration and insurance requirements.
General Duties
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within an automotive or car sales environment.
- Bachelor's Degree.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes and showroom operations.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
- Ability to present vehicle features, benefits, specifications, and accessories effectively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Computer literate with the ability to use standard computer applications and sales systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Professional presentation.
- Teamwork and positive attitude.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are preferred.
