Role Purpose
Create memorable and unique dining experiences for guests by delivering a wide range of guest services. The Server ensures that interactions with food, beverages, and service feel like an integral part of the overall experience rather than transactional moments.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service Delivery
- Set tables and prepare dining areas for service.
- Interact with and serve guests throughout their meal.
- Communicate guest needs and orders with the kitchen team.
- Manage menu information and visually verify details for guests.
- Take initiative to deliver service proactively.
Operations & Maintenance
- Clean work areas and supplies to maintain sanitary standards.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as needed.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience preferred.
- Supervisory Experience: None required.
- License or Certification: None required.
Additional Information
- Physical demands include standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods on potentially sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Regular overhead reaching and work below knee level required, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
