Four Seasons Hotel DIFC is a boutique-style sanctuary located in the prestigious Dubai International Finance Centre. The intimate 106-room hotel features 28 suites and combines stylish design with art and legendary personalized service, offering a fresh approach to luxury in Dubai's competitive market.
Role Purpose
Deliver exceptional service to guests in the lounge by accurately taking orders, maintaining an informed knowledge of menu and beverage offerings, promoting premium items, and ensuring a consistently clean and well-presented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Deliver personalized service to high-end clientele.
Order & Kitchen Management
- Accurately take orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Menu & Beverage Knowledge
- Stay informed about the lounge's menu, drinks, and specials.
- Demonstrate familiarity with cocktail preparation and wine pairing.
Sales & Promotion
- Promote premium beverages and food items to maximize sales.
Facility Management
- Maintain cleanliness of the lounge area and ensure tables are set appropriately for guests.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or luxury establishments within the F&B department.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in English with clear verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide personalized service to high-end clientele.
- Familiarity with cocktail preparation and wine pairing.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance suitable for a luxury environment.

Work Schedule
- 6 days per week over 48 working hours.
