Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar offers a glamorous beachfront home in Doha with expansive apartments and residences, each featuring a full kitchen and breathtaking views of the city or sea. The property includes seven restaurants and bars, Loulou Spa, beach and pool facilities, and intuitive Four Seasons service that sets the new standard for luxury beachfront living in Doha.
Role Purpose
The Food & Beverage Server provides exceptional quality and service to restaurant guests by delivering expertly served beverage and dining experiences, anticipating guest needs, acting as an expert on menu options, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
- Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence in quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
- Deliver expertly served beverage or dining experiences to guests.
- Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction.
- Offer menu suggestions to guests.
- Respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Operations
- Clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specification.
- Work weekends, nights, and holidays.
Qualifications & Experience
- Background in luxury resort and hotel operations considered an asset.
- Experience in luxury resort and hotel operations is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to assigned tasks.
- High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine.
- Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Arabic language skills are an asset.
