Role Purpose

The Server Assistant is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to guests while assisting Food Servers in delivering an enjoyable, expertly served dining experience that conforms to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.

Key Responsibilities

Service Operations

• Clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specification.
• Discreetly clear tables while maintaining guest experience.
• Perform side work as assigned.
• Polish silverware.
• Refill condiment containers.
• Crumb tables.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
• General food knowledge.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.

Skills & Competencies

• Good personal presentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality.
• Can-do approach to any task.
• Ability to perform to Four Seasons Standards.
