Senior/Principal Product Manager, User Onboarding & Growth at Crypto.com, based at the company's location. You will own customer onboarding across the Crypto.com App and adjacent product surfaces.

Crypto.com's Product Management team drives product initiatives from inception through execution, collaborating closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products across the global footprint.

Role Purpose

You own the onboarding journey as both a growth product and a regulated platform. Onboarding is where regulatory requirements, customer acquisition, and time-to-first-value meet. Every improvement you ship should help more customers open an account compliantly, activate faster, and reach the products that matter.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Activation

• Own KYC and account opening processes across the platform.
• Optimize activation and referral mechanics to accelerate customer time-to-value.
• Manage new-product onboarding experiences and ensure meaningful trading scope.

Growth & Product Leadership

• Own the onboarding-and-growth charter with independence and autonomy.
• Run your roadmap with independence, make prioritization calls, and own the how and the when.
• Within six months, take on trading product work in addition to the onboarding charter.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the Onboarding squad Lead on the trading portion of the charter.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members.

Regulatory & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the onboarding journey.
• Support a growing set of products, regulatory paths, and trading journeys across one platform.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience building onboarding in a regulated consumer fintech environment.
