Role Overview

Senior UI/UX Designer at ADIB, Abu Dhabi.

Role Purpose

The Senior UI/UX Designer conducts extensive research, analyzes user feedback, and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive and user-centered designs.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Execution

• Demonstrate superb design, writing, and presentation skills consistently.
• Design elegant and delightful product experiences as part of a cross-functional Agile product team.
• Apply graphical and visual design skills using Adobe suite, Figma, Sketch, or other product design tools.

Research & Analysis

• Conduct user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and rapid prototyping.
• Research, identify, and articulate customer needs.
• Analyze user feedback and demonstrate analytical rigor in design decisions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Clearly articulate design needs and key decisions to business stakeholders across markets and brands.
• Collaborate closely with Product Leads and Product Managers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on product development.

Problem-Solving & Mindset

• Demonstrate strong independent problem-solving skills, self-direction, and innovative thinking.
• Be highly analytical as well as highly creative.
• Justify design decisions based on a thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies.
• Thrive in an environment requiring team collaboration and open communication.

Skills & Competencies

• Graphical and visual design using Adobe suite, Figma, Sketch, or equivalent product design tools.
• User research, usability testing, A/B testing, and rapid prototyping.
