Role Purpose

The Senior UI/UX Designer conducts extensive research, analyzes user feedback, and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive and user-centered designs.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Analysis

• Research, identify, and articulate customer needs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and rapid prototyping

Design & Creative Development

• Design elegant and delightful product experiences as part of cross-functional Agile product teams
• Demonstrate superb design, writing, and presentation skills
• Justify design decisions based on thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies

Stakeholder Engagement

• Clearly articulate design needs and key decisions to business stakeholders across markets and brands
• Collaborate closely with Product Leads and Product Managers

Professional Approach

• Demonstrate strong independent problem-solving skills, self-direction, and innovative thinking
• Thrive in a work environment requiring both strong team collaboration and open communication
• Maintain an entrepreneurial self-starter mindset while operating as a professional team player

Skills & Competencies

• Graphical and Visual Design skills using Adobe suite, Figma, Sketch, or other tools for product design
• Knowledge of Agile software development process
• Experience designing quality consumer products
• Ability to enable business capability and objectives through technology
