Senior Technician - Gaming Technicians at Wynn Al Marjan Island in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Role Purpose
To provide technical support and maintenance for gaming equipment and systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of gaming operations across the resort.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance & Support
- Maintain and repair gaming machines and related equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on gaming systems to ensure operational reliability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with gaming devices and resolve problems promptly.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify areas requiring maintenance or replacement.
Operations & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and technical standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment repairs.
- Report equipment status and technical issues to management.
Team Leadership
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians.
- Train team members on proper equipment handling and maintenance procedures.
