Role Purpose
The Senior Technical Coordinator – Architecture exists to manage and coordinate all architectural technical aspects of luxury villas and residential property projects. This role bridges design intent with execution, ensures compliance with codes and standards, and facilitates seamless coordination between design, engineering, and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design Coordination
- Coordinate architectural design and technical documentation across projects.
- Review and validate drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for compliance.
- Drive process improvements and ensure efficient design coordination workflows.
Technical Guidance and Compliance
- Provide technical guidance and support during construction phases.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of design changes and approvals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Master's preferred.
- 15–20 years of experience in architectural coordination within contracting or consultancy firms.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and UAE regulations.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
