Senior Supervisor (Mechanical) – Offshore Site Rotation at KBR, based on an offshore site with a rotation cycle of 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off.

Role Purpose

Support the PMC project through supervision and coordination of on-site mechanical construction activities, ensuring compliance with specifications, drawings and quality standards while maintaining strict HSE adherence and supporting timely project delivery through pre-commissioning and mechanical completion activities.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Coordination

• Supervise and coordinate on-site mechanical construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings and quality standards.

Health, Safety & Environment

• Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies across offshore site activities.
• Promote a strong safety culture.

Project Delivery

• Support pre-commissioning and mechanical completion activities.
• Ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 12–15 years of proven experience in Construction – Mechanical within oil & gas industries.
• Offshore experience is mandatory.
