Role Overview

Senior Supervisor - Hydrojetting / High Pressure Jetting / Water Jetting for ABIS, specializing in Oil & Gas operations. This role leads and oversees hydrojetting operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards on all projects.

Role Purpose

Lead and oversee hydrojetting, high pressure jetting, and water jetting operations on-site, managing teams and coordinating resources to meet operational goals while maintaining strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Supervise and manage hydrojetting, high pressure jetting, and water jetting operations on-site.
• Develop work plans and allocate resources to achieve project objectives within schedules.
• Inspect equipment and ensure proper maintenance and operational readiness.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, environmental regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training for the hydrojetting team.
• Monitor and report on project progress, challenges, and incidents.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to align operations with project requirements.

Team Leadership & Development

• Mentor and guide junior supervisors and technicians to enhance team performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hydrojetting or high pressure jetting within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proven leadership experience supervising hydrojetting teams and managing complex projects.
• Shutdown and Turnaround experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of safety standards and operational best practices for jetting activities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions.
• Relevant certifications in hydrojetting or industrial cleaning technologies advantageous.
