Role Purpose
Support strategic initiatives and drive key projects across the organization. Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations that contribute to the successful execution of Qiddiya's vision, operational efficiency, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development & Planning
- Support the development and implementation of strategic plans, initiatives, and projects across the organization.
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on relevant industry developments and innovations.
Analysis & Decision Support
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and business cases to support decision-making by senior management.
- Analyze market trends and assess performance metrics.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and evaluate project outcomes.
Risk & Opportunity Management
- Assist in identifying risks and opportunities.
- Propose mitigation strategies to optimize business performance.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Improvement
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in strategy development, business analysis, or project management.
