Senior Specialist - P2P & Contract Management

Role Overview

Senior Specialist – P2P & Contract Management at Dubai Airports, located in Dubai. This role is part of Corporate Services, specifically supporting Finance and Procurement functions.

Role Purpose

Oversee Supply Management controls, risks, and compliance across the end-to-end Source-to-Pay process. Ensure purchasing data integrity, manage the Controls, Assurance and Risk Assessment cycle, and establish controls to protect contract negotiations in line with UAE, Dubai Government, and Dubai Airports policy requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Management & Compliance

• Oversee Supply Management controls, risks, and compliance across the end-to-end Source-to-Pay process.
• Establish controls to ensure contract negotiations comply with UAE and Dubai Government laws and Dubai Airports policies.

Data Integrity & Monitoring

• Ensure purchasing data integrity and Purchase Order compliance through regular sampling and accuracy monitoring.

Controls, Assurance & Risk

• Manage and execute the Controls, Assurance and Risk Assessment (CARM) cycle.
• Design and test procurement controls in line with established guidelines.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with the Risk & Assurance Team to implement initiatives, review audit findings, and ensure corrective actions are completed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Overall experience of 6 months to 3 years in Procurement.
• Professional procurement qualification such as CIPS.

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of Tejari.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
