Role Overview

Senior Specialist - IT Strategy and Planning at Qiddiya Investment Company. This role supports the development and implementation of IT strategies and plans that align with the company's vision and operational objectives.

Role Purpose

Support the development and implementation of IT strategies and plans aligned with company vision and operational objectives, ensuring technology investments drive business value through strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and performance measurement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development

• Assist in the development and documentation of IT strategic plans, roadmaps, and initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis of emerging technologies and industry trends to support informed decision-making.

Stakeholder Alignment

• Collaborate with various IT and business units to gather requirements and align IT strategies with business needs.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and effective communication across teams.

Reporting & Measurement

• Monitor and report on the progress of IT strategic projects and initiatives.
• Support performance measurement activities by defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT strategy.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on IT strategy and planning matters.

Risk Management

• Support risk assessment and mitigation activities related to IT strategy implementation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT strategy, planning, or related roles.
• Good knowledge of IT governance, architecture, and emerging technologies.
• Experience with project management or relevant certifications is a plus.
