Role Overview
Senior Software Project Manager at BlackStone eIT. The role leads end-to-end delivery of software development projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with business and technical requirements.
Role Purpose
Lead full software development lifecycle from initiation through deployment and support, managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scope Management
- Define project scope, timelines, budget, and resource plans
- Lead full software development lifecycle from initiation to deployment and support
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Manage cross-functional teams including Development, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps
- Manage stakeholder communication, risks, issues and dependencies
Agile & Process Execution
- Drive Agile/Scrum practices including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Ensure quality, documentation, and adherence to best practices
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track KPIs, status reporting, and governance
Qualifications & Experience
- 6-8 years of experience managing software development projects
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Proven track record with web/mobile applications, APIs, and cloud platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- PMP or CSM certification (preferred)
- Experience in healthcare or enterprise systems (preferred)
Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools
- Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, and QA processes
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
