Honeywell Technologies, specifically the Security and Access Solutions (SAS) division serving the META region.

Role Purpose

Act as the technical authority and trusted advisor for integrated security solutions, combining solution design, customer engagement, and value engineering to support complex sales engagements across the region. Bridge technical excellence with business objectives while serving as a key technical partner to sales teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Solution Design

• Act as the technical authority for LenelS2 and Honeywell Security portfolios including Access Control Systems (ACS), Video Management Systems (VMS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and Integrated Security Platforms.
• Design end-to-end security architectures aligned with customer requirements, standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform value engineering, ensuring optimal technical and commercial solutions.

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Partner closely with sales teams to support opportunity qualification, bid strategy, and deal closure.
• Support customer meetings and site surveys.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to customers, consultants, and partners.
• Respond to RFPs and RFQs, prepare compliance matrices, technical clarifications, and deviations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, system integrators, and end users.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, site assessments, and requirement analysis.
• Conduct live and digital events for customers on a quarterly basis, including product sales certification training, webinars, and NPI presentations.

Technical Leadership & Enablement

• Serve as a mentor and technical escalation point for other application engineers.
• Support partners and internal teams through training, solution workshops, and best-practice sharing.
• Stay current on product roadmaps, cybersecurity requirements, and industry trends.

Project & Delivery Support

• Support transition from sales to execution, ensuring accurate scope, design intent, and documentation.
• Review system designs, drawings, and BOMs to prevent errors and rework.
• Provide post-sales technical support during critical project milestones when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field).
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Arabic and English language.
• Basic knowledge of Electronic Security systems (ACS, VMS, Intrusion, integration platforms).
• Basic knowledge of Cloud and virtualization platforms.
• Good understanding of IP networking, cybersecurity concepts, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Additional Information

• LenelS2 and/or Honeywell product certifications preferred.
• Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with frequent travel to GCC countries as required.
• Reports to the META Field Service Manager and works closely with SAS Regional Sales Leader – UAE.
