Role Overview

Senior Sales Consultant (full-time, German-speaking) at NWM Consulting FMR LLC, based in Dubai.

Role Purpose

Acquire and manage customers through structured sales processes, with direct accountability for closing rates, process adherence, and measurable results. The role demands execution over strategy, clarity over discussion, and reliable delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition

• Conduct targeted outreach to prospective customers.
• Execute needs analysis to identify customer requirements.
• Guide customers through the defined sales process with consistency and structure.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain stable, documented customer relationships.
• Follow established procedures and fixed process steps in all customer interactions.
• Document and execute follow-up activities in a traceable manner.

Sales Process Execution

• Ensure adherence to sales standards and protocols.
• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Verify that no step in the sales process is omitted.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with team members on customer handovers and transitions.
• Contribute to the expansion and refinement of sales processes.
• Maintain clear communication and structured coordination with the team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record in direct customer acquisition and sales.
• Demonstrated ability to work within structured processes and standardized frameworks.
• Experience managing and tracking sales KPIs.

Skills & Competencies

• German language (fluent, native or professional level required).
• Structured and process-oriented thinking.
• Reliability and accountability in sales execution.
• Ability to conduct consultative sales conversations using proven scripts and guidelines.
• Strong documentation and follow-up discipline.
