Role Overview
Senior Relationship Manager, Mashreq Gold Retail Banking Group, Dubai Islamic Centre.
Role Purpose
Develop and maintain close relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, deliver personalized service, optimize client profitability, and drive cross-selling of bank products while achieving annual and monthly financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Provide high-net-worth clients with personalized service to develop close relationships and retain their loyalty and respect.
- Communicate with high-net-worth clients and identify their financial needs.
- Maintain proactive client contact.
- Maintain a superior customer service experience for clients including pre-empting issues and proactive servicing.
- Minimize customer attrition.
Portfolio & Revenue Growth
- Optimize the potential value of the client base through the delivery of Mashreq Gold products and services.
- Enhance Mashreq Gold balance sheet sales and revenues.
- Achieve revenue goals, sales and portfolio growth targets across a range of products and services.
- Reach financial goals set for the role by the business as per annual and monthly financial targets, including cross-sell and up-sell of products to existing and new-to-bank customers.
- Maximize profitability from the Gold base whilst countering competition from other providers offering alternative investments and wealth management opportunities.
Business Development
- Source new business from high-net-worth Mashreq Gold individuals through referrals, marketing activities and personal contacts.
- Acquire new-to-bank high-net-worth clients.
- Promote cross-selling of bank products to all existing clients.
- Enhance market profile and awareness.
Service & Compliance
- Ensure clients are aware of all financial services offered by the bank.
- Safeguard the bank from potential loss, anti-money laundering fraud, and ensure ethical behavior at all times during and after sales.
Qualifications & Experience
- University graduate.
- Minimum of 5–6 years experience in a similar role with another bank or financial services firm in the United Arab Emirates.
- CISI certified.
