Role Overview

Senior Quantity Surveyor MRICS (Post Contract) at Rider Levett Bucknall. This role supports the commercial delivery of major projects in the post-contract phase.

Role Purpose

To take full ownership of commercial workstreams on major projects, operate with minimal supervision, and deliver high-quality outputs aligned with client and project expectations. The role requires an individual who demonstrates initiative, accountability, and urgency, with the ability to independently drive commercial activities through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Delivery

• Support the commercial delivery of major projects in the post-contract phase.
• Take full ownership of assigned commercial workstreams.
• Independently drive commercial activities through to completion.
• Produce high-quality, complete outputs aligned with client and project expectations.

Qualifications & Experience

• MRICS membership (Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent professional qualification.
