Role Overview

Senior Quantity Surveyor (MRICS / FRICS) with Rider Levett Bucknall in Riyadh. Multiple opportunities available across Pre-Contract and Post-Contract Cost Management disciplines.

Role Purpose

Provide expert cost management, commercial, contractual, and advisory services throughout various stages of the project lifecycle on major projects and programmes across diverse sectors. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering strategic commercial guidance and high-quality outputs with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Management & Commercial Advisory

• Deliver expert cost management services across pre-contract and post-contract phases.
• Provide strategic commercial guidance on large-scale and complex developments.
• Offer cost control and risk management advice throughout the project lifecycle.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as trusted advisor to clients on commercial matters.
• Manage multiple workstreams independently.
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills.
• Deliver exceptional client service and commercial outcomes.

Contract & Procurement

• Provide contractual advisory services.
• Deliver procurement advice on major projects.
• Administer contracts across complex developments.

Qualifications & Experience

• MRICS or FRICS membership required.
• Demonstrated consultancy experience in quantity surveying or cost management.
