Role Overview
Senior Quality Engineer at JASARA PMC, based in Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will take the lead in developing and implementing quality assurance strategies that enhance project execution and meet the highest standards of excellence.
Role Purpose
Conduct audits, inspections, and comprehensive reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in leading quality management across high-quality infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management Systems
- Lead the development and implementation of quality management systems and procedures.
Compliance & Auditing
- Conduct thorough inspections and audits throughout the project lifecycle to monitor compliance.
Analysis & Improvement
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry standards and changes in quality regulations.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues effectively.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on quality performance for stakeholders.
Team Leadership
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior quality engineers and team members.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the construction sector.
- Proven experience leading quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and relevant standards.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Additional Information
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
