The center of alfanar's industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex, situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh. The Complex spans 700,000 square meters and houses alfanar's facilities, including comprehensive infrastructure with a data and communication center and commercial zone.

Role Purpose

This position exists to perform quality control activities efficiently, in a timely manner and according to quality standards as defined in established policies and procedures, to achieve departmental operational plans and developments within the wider scope.

Key Responsibilities

Inspection and Testing Coordination

• Plan and organize in-process, final inspection, and testing activities.
• Verify completed inspection and test reports for correctness.
• Prepare project-wise inspection and test reports.

Technical Expertise and Support

• Provide expertise in programming and testing of PLC, Synchronization, ATS, soft starter panels, and related systems.
• Support and guide the team in their contributions.

Project Execution Coordination

• Coordinate with projects and other departments for the execution of projects.
• Manage third-party agencies and customers for factory inspections.

Quality Control

• Control non-conforming products by raising punch lists and NCRs and follow up until completion.
• Coordinate with other departments to finalize customer comments and release products promptly.

Team Leadership and Development

• Train subordinates and form a team to execute work effectively.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
• Delegate assignments to subordinates in their respective areas.
• Ensure fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation of subordinates.

Delivery and Performance

• Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time parameters.
• Provide periodic reports formatted with details of deviation and execution of planned tasks.

Problem-Solving and Escalation

• Resolve related problems and escalate complex operational issues appropriately.

Business Process Improvements

• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and identify automation opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance and Safety

• Comply with related policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products and services.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10-15 years of experience.
