Role Purpose
Ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of AI-driven products and software platforms. Unlike traditional QA roles, this position requires deep understanding of both software testing methodologies and the unique challenges presented by AI systems, including model evaluation, fairness, robustness, and multi-modal feature testing.
Key Responsibilities
Testing & Quality Strategy
- Develop comprehensive test strategies covering both AI components and conventional software systems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on quality assurance planning and execution.
AI-Specific Testing
- Conduct model evaluation, fairness assessment, robustness testing, and multi-modal feature testing.
- Address testing challenges unique to AI systems and foundation models.
Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of software testing methodologies applied to AI systems.
- Expertise in model evaluation, fairness testing, robustness assessment, and multi-modal feature validation.
- Arabic language proficiency is preferred to support certain data and product validation tasks.
