Senior QA/QC Manager

Role Overview

Senior QA/QC Manager at HanmiGlobal Saudi. The role leads all quality assurance and quality control functions across the project, ensuring that all construction activities, materials, and processes meet the highest standards of compliance, safety, and performance.

Role Purpose

Establish and maintain robust quality systems across all construction phases, ensuring full compliance with international standards, regulatory guidelines, and project specifications while leading multidisciplinary teams toward continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Systems & Documentation

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project's QA/QC management system in alignment with international standards and project requirements.
• Review and approve quality documentation, method statements, ITPs, and material submittals.

Inspections & Testing

• Oversee inspection and testing activities for all construction phases, ensuring full compliance with specifications and regulatory guidelines.

Audits & Compliance

• Lead quality audits, non-conformance management, corrective actions, and preventive measures.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve quality issues and ensure consistent execution.

Performance & Improvement

• Monitor performance metrics, identify risks, and recommend improvements to enhance quality outcomes.

Team Leadership

• Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to QA/QC teams to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.

Reporting

• Prepare regular quality reports and present findings to project leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Engineering in Civil, Architectural, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in QA/QC roles for high-rise tower projects.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia, with strong understanding of local codes and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience working on large-scale or mega projects is highly preferred.
• Relevant professional membership or certification (e.g., ISO, PMP, CQE) is an advantage.
• Saudi national candidates are preferred.
