Role Overview
Senior Project Manager, Digital — Saudi Arabia (KSA). Horizontal Digital is building a talent pool for future Senior Project Manager opportunities as the company grows its footprint across the Kingdom. This is not a live vacancy; registration indicates interest in being considered for upcoming roles.
Role Purpose
Lead full lifecycle digital transformation projects from inception to implementation across Saudi Arabia. Bring structure, pace, and client confidence to complex, multi-workstream builds while helping shape delivery approaches in the Kingdom rather than inheriting established processes.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Leadership
- Lead large scale website and platform projects through all phases: discovery, strategy, UX, creative design, front end and website development, QA, deployment, and maintenance.
- Manage complex, multi-workstream digital transformation initiatives.
- Build client confidence and maintain client-facing relationships throughout project lifecycles.
Methodology & Process
- Apply agile methodologies to project delivery.
- Work within Jira and Confluence environments.
- Shape and establish delivery approaches for growing KSA operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of client-facing digital project management experience, ideally using agile methodologies.
- 2+ years agency or consultancy experience (5+ years preferred).
- Track record managing large scale website or platform projects.
- Exposure to digital marketing platforms such as Sitecore or Salesforce.
Skills & Competencies
- Comfort working in Jira and Confluence.
- Appetite for earning or building on a SCRUM certification.
- Arabic language skills are a genuine plus, but not essential.
- Agile instincts and technical range.
