Role Overview

Senior Project Manager, Digital — Dubai, UAE. Horizontal Digital is building a talent pool for future Senior Project Manager opportunities as the company expands its footprint across the UAE.

Role Purpose

Lead full lifecycle digital transformation projects from inception to implementation. Bring structure, pace, and client confidence to complex, multi-workstream builds. Help shape delivery approaches for the growing Dubai operation rather than inheriting existing playbooks.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Leadership

• Lead large-scale website and platform projects through discovery, strategy, UX, creative design, front-end and website development, QA, deployment, and maintenance.
• Manage complex, multi-workstream digital transformation initiatives from start to finish.
• Establish and maintain client confidence and pace throughout project lifecycles.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Work within an actively growing team in Dubai.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across digital marketing, UX, creative, and development disciplines.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of client-facing digital project management experience, ideally using agile methodologies.
• 2+ years agency or consultancy experience (5+ years preferred).
• Track record managing large-scale website or platform projects.
• Exposure to digital marketing platforms such as Sitecore or Salesforce.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Agile instincts and hands-on technical range.
• Arabic language skills are a genuine plus, but not essential.
• SCRUM certification or appetite to earn or build on existing certification.
