Senior Project Manager at JLL, on-site in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose
Deliver comprehensive construction project management with extensive liaison across contractors, work packages, and local authorities in Saudi Arabia. This is a hands-on construction role requiring deep contractor oversight and coordination across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
Contractor Management
- Liaise extensively with contractors across all work packages (9 number) and NS (19 number).
- Conduct frequent meetings with contractors to provide oversight and support.
- Provide substantial help and guidance to contractors managing their deliverables.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies including SEC.
- Manage communications and approvals with relevant government agencies throughout project execution.
Project Execution
- Deliver results across hotel and mall project backgrounds.
Qualifications & Experience
- Background from contractor sector preferred.
- Experience in hotel and mall construction or development.
- Transferrable Iqama (Saudi work visa).
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent Arabic communication for all authority liaison and meetings.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Energetic and proactive approach to problem-solving.
