Senior Project Manager - Saudi National at Squadio, a global remote-first IT service provider headquartered in Riyadh, KSA. This role is based in Saudi Arabia and focuses on managing digital projects for a Telco key account.

Role Purpose
Manage the day-to-day operations and delivery of various digital projects for a Telco key account in KSA, including site launches, online tools, web applications, and advertising campaigns. Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards while identifying risks, resolving issues proactively, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
- Provide end-to-end project management across all digital initiatives.
- Scope project requirements and prepare budget estimates.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against milestones.
- Deliver projects on time while ensuring quality standards are met.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects.
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are aligned with delegated tasks.
- Partner with stakeholders to confirm project direction and expectations.
Documentation & Analysis
- Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications.
- Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics.
Risk & Issue Management
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues.
- Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi National (required).
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager (required).
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or relevant degree (required).
- Hands-on experience with project management software, such as MS Project and AtTask.
