Senior Program Manager at Boeing Global Services (BGS) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, leading the Saudi Arabia Vertical Lift Sustainment Program team.

Role Purpose
Lead the Saudi Vertical Lift maintenance and sustainment portfolio through execution of Spare Packages, Field Support activities, Performance Based Logistics (PBL), Modifications and Upgrades, Training and transactional contracts. Manage development of new strategic contracts and statements of work while supporting execution of currently awarded scope.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as primary focal point for customer engagements and support requests.
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Coordinate with CAM holders, programs, and support work authorization processes.
Program & Project Leadership
- Lead project managers and supporting functions to achieve on-time delivery and first-time quality.
- Lead matrix IPT team performing Program Management activities.
- Manage commitment data and lead interorganizational work transfer activities as required.
Strategy, Planning & Process
- Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures.
- Provide input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals and objectives.
- Follow Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) program goals and establish a PMBP improvement plan.
- Support proposal development, business case preparation, and program strategy planning to meet business goals and long-range business plan objectives.
Risk & Scope Management
- Identify project scope changes, risks, dependencies and constraints.
- Develop mitigation plans and implement changes while maintaining schedule, cost and scope baselines.
Operations & Oversight
- Acquire resources for department activities.
- Provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements.
- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Provide regular portfolio reporting to leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- 12+ years of experience working in Military or industry with Defense Vertical Lift.
- 5+ years of experience in program management.
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office products.
Skills & Competencies
Preferred Experience
- Experience working FMS contract acquisition.
- Experience working with Saudi VL Customer environment (e.g., RSLFAC, MNG Aviation Command).
Additional Information
- This is an international, locally hired position in Dharan, Saudi Arabia.
