Role Overview
Senior Product Manager (ARAB) at Squadio. Full-time, remote position on a 6-month contract.
Role Purpose
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for fintech solutions. Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and user-centric products. Operate with strong ownership and strategic thinking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Product Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Own product outcomes independently.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with remote, cross-functional teams.
Product Delivery
- Deliver scalable and user-centric fintech products.
- Manage digital financial products.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
- At least 3 years of experience in Fintech.
- Proven experience managing digital financial products.
- Strong understanding of fintech compliance.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent Arabic and English communication.
- Strategic thinking.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience working with remote, cross-functional teams.
