Role Overview
Senior Planning Engineer at KBR, based in Abu Dhabi, supporting a PMC project with Petrochemical & LNG experience.

Role Purpose
To provide senior planning engineering expertise on PMC projects in the Petrochemical and LNG sector, ensuring project schedules, resource allocation and delivery milestones are managed effectively throughout FEED and Detail Engineering phases.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Scheduling
- Lead project planning activities across FEED and Detail Engineering phases.
- Develop and maintain project schedules aligned with PMC delivery requirements.
- Monitor schedule performance and identify mitigation strategies for delays.
Project Execution
- Support execution of Petrochemical and LNG projects with deep technical planning expertise.
- Coordinate planning inputs across project disciplines and stakeholders.
- Optimize resource allocation to support project objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (required).
- Minimum 15+ years of overall experience in oil and gas projects.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Petrochemical and LNG projects.
- Experience within FEED and Detail Engineering projects.
- ADNOC project experience (advantageous).
- PMC projects experience (advantageous).
Skills & Competencies
- Advanced project planning and scheduling capabilities.
- Deep technical domain expertise in Petrochemical and LNG sectors.
- Proficiency in managing complex, phased engineering projects.
Additional Information
- Must be willing to travel to international locations outside the UAE.
