Key Responsibilities

Schedule Development & Management

• Develop detailed project schedules across various high-profile infrastructure projects.
• Manage and monitor project schedules to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Ensure project timelines are realistic and achievable.

Risk & Resource Optimization

• Identify scheduling risks and constraints.
• Optimize resource allocation to support project delivery.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with project leaders and key stakeholders on scheduling matters.
• Communicate schedule status and implications to project teams.

Team Leadership & Development

• Mentor and guide junior planners and schedulers.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction or engineering sectors.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
