Role Overview
Senior Planner (Expression of Interest) with JASARA PMC on a prestigious mixed-use development project.
Role Purpose
Plan, schedule, and oversee project timelines to ensure successful delivery of complex mixed-use developments. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to develop realistic and achievable schedules, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Scheduling
- Develop realistic and achievable schedules in collaboration with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Manage complex schedules involving multiple stakeholders and contractors.
- Coordinate diverse activities across multiple disciplines.
Project Controls & Risk Management
- Monitor progress against established schedules.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct risk identification, mitigation, and recovery planning.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
- Work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Senior Planner, specifically with mixed-use development projects.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and other project management tools.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction planning and scheduling methodologies.
- Comprehensive understanding of project controls.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
