Senior Pipe Fabricator at Ghobash Group. The role is based with Emirates Electrical & Instrumentation Company LLC, a member of the Juman Energy Group.

Emirates Electrical & Instrumentation Company LLC is a member of the Juman Energy Group with nearly 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector of the UAE. The company executes both onshore and offshore projects, serving Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) as a main client alongside Tier 1 and Tier 2 EPC contractors. The company provides full EPC&M services for electrical and instrumentation works, delivering localized expertise in measurement and automation for exploration, production, separation, refining processes, and distribution.
Role Purpose
To fabricate, assemble, and finish high-quality cable trays and related MEP components to specification, ensuring dimensional accuracy, proper alignment, and compliance with quality and safety standards while coordinating with site installation teams.
Key Responsibilities
Fabrication & Assembly
- Fabricate cable trays including ladder type, perforated type, and accessories.
- Perform cutting, bending, drilling, welding, and assembly of tray components.
- Assemble tray sections, joints, bends, tees, reducers, and fittings.
- Work with materials such as GI sheets, MS sheets, and aluminum where applicable.
Quality & Accuracy
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings, sketches, and material schedules.
- Mark out materials accurately as per dimensions and specifications.
- Ensure proper alignment, dimensions, and finishing quality of fabricated items.
- Follow quality standards and minimize material wastage.
Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate with site installation team for fabrication requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures in workshop and site environment.
- Maintain fabrication tools, machinery, and workshop cleanliness.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in HVAC / MEP fabrication works.
- ITI or relevant educational background.
- Strong experience in metal fabrication work, preferably cable trays or MEP works.
- Ability to read fabrication drawings and measurements accurately.
- Basic welding or fitting knowledge; TIG, MIG, or arc welding experience is an advantage.
- Good understanding of measurements, angles, and alignment.
- Physically fit and able to work in workshop and site conditions.

- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
