Role Overview
Senior Operations Development Specialist at TheChefz.
Role Purpose
Analyze and optimize operational processes across the organization by identifying improvement opportunities, implementing process enhancements, and monitoring performance metrics to drive efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Process Analysis & Improvement
- Analyze existing operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using appropriate methodologies.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Document processes, procedures, and improvement plans.
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate process efficiency.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on process performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize and optimize workflows.
- Support automation and digital transformation initiatives where applicable.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or quality management, specifically in the food delivery industry.
- Experience with process mapping using VISIO or ARIS and workflow analysis.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Metabase.
