Role Purpose

Provide comprehensive IT support services to Real Madrid World park operations, including retail, food and beverage, and end users. Maintain IT infrastructure and systems to ensure smooth business continuity across all operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery & Support

• Deliver IT support services to all business operations including park operation, retail, and food and beverage business
• Troubleshoot systems and network problems, and diagnose and solve hardware or software faults
• Manage daily support issues on site and escalate to proper channels when necessary
• Ensure all incidents and requests are recorded in Service Desk and actioned upon quickly

Operations & Maintenance

• Deploy and maintain IT equipment and software on site across the park
• Support the park in various operational roles during busy days

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of IT support role experience in hospitality industries such as parks, food and beverage, or retail operations
• Previous experience handling Point of Sales (POS), retail, or food and beverage systems
• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCSDT), CompTIA A+, or equivalent certifications

• Communicate effectively with business users at all levels
