Role Overview
Senior Officer Digital Performance at TAWANTECH.
Role Purpose
Monitor and analyze digital banking and innovation performance, delivering insights through dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs to support strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Issue monthly performance reports for Digital Banking & Innovation
- Develop and maintain monthly DBI dashboard
- Support DBI budget tracking and issue monthly spend reports
Analysis & Insights
- Analyze performance for specific initiatives
- Issue analytical reports through Digital Channels Analytics Engine, analyzing user behavior
- Develop DBI reports requested by SAMA
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance
- 0–1 years of experience as Officer, or 2–3 years of experience as Senior Officer
