Role Overview

Senior Mortgage Advisor at Mashreq, Retail Banking Group (Injaz - RBG - Mortgages).

Role Purpose

Acquire and develop high net worth mortgage customers for the Bank while driving business growth across targeted segments, real estate partners, and mortgage brokers in residential and commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Acquisition

• Acquire high net worth mortgage customers for the Bank.
• Consistently exceed monthly KPI targets and achieve monthly sales targets in the financial year.
• Lead mortgage business development initiatives within targeted segments, real estate partners, and approved mortgage brokers.
• Lead mortgage business development initiatives in residential and commercial developments.
• Follow market intelligence including internal needs and competitor activity.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Adhere to all policies with regard to KYC/AML as set out by the Bank from time to time.
• Ensure control requirements of the business are adhered to in line with Bank policies to ensure quality growth in business.

Reporting & Administration

• Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports.
• Update CRM for leads and contacts.

Professional Development & Team Engagement

• Participate in all team activities including morning huddles, training and coaching.
• Complete mandatory compliance and fraud trainings.
• Participate in Lean and rewards celebrations.
• Maintain professional, technical, and product knowledge by attending various trainings and sales workshops as guided by management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Fully accredited for selling mortgages and Islamic solutions.
