Role Purpose

The Senior MEP Engineer oversees and coordinates mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering activities across building and villa development projects. The role ensures MEP designs, installations, and coordination are executed in accordance with project requirements, approved standards, and regulatory codes, while supporting effective multidisciplinary coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Coordination

• Review and coordinate MEP designs, drawings, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines to resolve design and interface issues.
• Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and coordination workshops.

Oversight & Execution

• Oversee MEP engineering activities during design development and construction phases.
• Provide engineering support to project teams during site execution and commissioning stages.
• Monitor progress of MEP works and support timely resolution of technical issues.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure MEP works comply with applicable codes, regulations, and client requirements.
• Review method statements, material submittals, and technical documents related to MEP works.
• Support consultants and contractors to resolve technical challenges and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering within building and villa development projects.
