Role Purpose

This position is responsible for leading sourcing operations and strategy for Max Fashion, ensuring optimal procurement of products and materials that align with brand values, quality standards, and business objectives across the organization's retail footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing Strategy & Planning

• Lead development and execution of sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and market demand.
• Partner with merchandising and product teams to forecast sourcing needs and category requirements.
• Establish and maintain supplier relationships and partnerships to support brand growth.

Supplier Management & Performance

• Manage supplier performance and accountability against agreed-upon quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with suppliers to optimize value and compliance.
• Monitor supplier compliance with Landmark Group standards and policies.

Operations & Execution

• Oversee day-to-day sourcing operations and procurement processes.
• Optimize sourcing workflows to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Report on sourcing performance, spend analysis, and key metrics to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management roles.
• Demonstrated success managing supplier relationships and large-scale procurement operations.
• Track record of driving cost savings and operational efficiencies in retail or consumer goods environments.
