Role Overview
Senior Manager - Quality at JASARA PMC, located in Saudi Arabia. You will provide senior leadership for quality across major infrastructure and social development programs.

Role Purpose
Provide senior leadership for quality across large-scale infrastructure and social development programs, ensuring that quality is embedded as a core driver of delivery excellence. Work closely with program and project stakeholders to strengthen governance, improve consistency, and support high standards across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Governance
- Lead quality assurance strategy across large-scale infrastructure and social development programs.
- Oversee compliance with quality standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Operations & Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational excellence.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to embed quality practices throughout program execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of quality management experience in large-scale infrastructure programs.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional quality and project teams.
- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives within complex program environments.
- Advanced degree in engineering or a related field (preferred).
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to work effectively with project directors, client representatives, regulators, contractors, and senior leadership.
- Experience with ISO 9001, internal or external audit programs, CAPA, Lean, or Six Sigma (preferred).
