Role Overview

Senior Manager - Products at AD Ports Group. The role solves complex challenges across business units and drives cross-functional, multidisciplinary projects for the Cluster's senior leadership.

Role Purpose

To deliver creative, resourceful and practical solutions that address immediate operational and strategic problems while driving long-term organizational change across business units and functional areas.

Key Responsibilities

Problem-Solving & Analysis

• Structure and conduct problem-solving exercises to uncover true challenges and root causes of strategic and operational issues.
• Create actionable plans that drive effective, long-lasting change.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, data analyses and brainstorming to generate fresh insights and breakthrough solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Implementation

• Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to solve problems, refine strategies and implement transformations.
• Present results and recommendations to stakeholders, including department heads and senior leaders.
• Implement recommendations alongside functional owners.

Leadership & Development

• Lead, guide and develop junior members of the department in their work and leadership abilities as part of the apprenticeship-based model.
• Equip business and functional owners with the tools and knowledge to sustain effective, long-lasting change and an innovative, continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
• Proven expertise and professional experience in business management and/or consulting experience in reputed firms preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Arabic a definite advantage.
